This is a safe, judgment-free space where individuals can be heard, encouraged, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

What is One-on-One Peer Support?

One-on-one peer support is a personalized, supportive service where individuals are paired with a Certified Recovery Peer Specialist who uses their own lived experience to provide guidance, encouragement, and understanding. This service is designed to help individuals navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, and work toward personal goals in a safe, non-judgmental space.

Through regular sessions, peer support focuses on emotional support, accountability, goal setting, and practical strategies for growth and recovery. It is not therapy, but rather a collaborative relationship that empowers individuals to build resilience, strengthen decision-making, and move forward with confidence and purpose.

At Renewed Minds, peer support can also include faith-based encouragement upon request, helping individuals align their healing journey with their values and beliefs.

Relationship Goals – Couples Counseling

Relationship Goals is a couples counseling service designed to help partners build a stronger, healthier, and more connected relationship. Through guided sessions, couples are given the tools to improve communication, resolve conflict, and deepen emotional intimacy in a safe and supportive environment.

This service focuses on helping couples navigate challenges such as communication breakdowns, emotional triggers, trust issues, past wounds, and unresolved conflict. Each session is structured to create understanding, promote healing, and equip both individuals with practical strategies to grow together.

Couples will learn how to express themselves clearly, listen with intention, manage emotions effectively, and rebuild connection. The goal is not just to address current challenges, but to establish a solid foundation for long-term growth, unity, and lasting love.

Faith-based guidance is available for couples who desire to incorporate biblical principles into their journey.

4-Week Premarital Course

This 4-week premarital course is designed to help couples build a strong, healthy, and lasting foundation for marriage. Through guided sessions, couples will gain practical tools, deeper understanding, and intentional conversations that prepare them for the realities of married life.

Each session focuses on key areas such as communication, conflict resolution, emotional awareness, expectations, finances, and building trust. Couples are given a safe and supportive space to explore important topics, identify potential challenges, and strengthen their connection before entering into marriage.

This course is faith-based and grounded in biblical principles, offering wisdom and guidance for couples who desire to honor God in their relationship. At the same time, it provides practical, real-life tools that can be applied daily.

Led by Pastor Janelle Adorno, who brings over 29 years of marriage experience, this course combines biblical truth with real-life insight to equip couples for a healthy and thriving marriage.
